How Lasting Change Really Works

It kills me to hear people doubting whether change is possible.

They say things like “I’ve tried everything”, “I’m too deep in (to my habit or anxiety)”, “I don’t know if it will ever happen for me”.

Change is not only possible–it is part of the human design. We are designed for constant, natural change.

If your own attempts at ending a habit or finding freedom from anxiety haven’t been deep or lasting, you are likely going about change in an outside-in, backward way. It’s not your fault. Most of us are.

But here’s how you can go about change in a way that actually works with the way your mind works, not against it. When you shift your focus, lasting change is natural and relatively effortless.
