What People Say

“What can I say. Working with Amy as my coach drastically changed my life forever.

By standing strong in her grounding and understanding of how the human mind works, she was a key facilitator into what I call my “crossover experience” – one where I experienced the fundamental nature of well-being like never before. Once that happened I couldn’t go back. This well-being has become more and more consistent, deeper and deeper as time goes on. Without Amy I wouldn’t be on this amazing path. The implications are astounding – I no longer am affected by my bank balance, by my relationship status or the state of my physical health. I have seen and experienced well-being despite all of these things, which strangely enough allows me to have better results with my business, making money, improving my health and in relationships with women, just to name a few.

Amy truly is a powerful coach that will help you completely transform your life. You have to do very little, just keep looking in the direction she will powerfully and gently point you in. Once you have seen what I’ve seen, all your problems will fade, and life will become truly rich.”

“I have been coaching with Amy for about 6 months now and I can honestly say that it has changed my life.  Prior to working with her, I suffered from anxiety attacks as well as high levels of stress that impacted me both emotionally and physically.   Since working with her my life has become so much easier.  I always thought I had to do hours of work and self-help but Amy has helped me understand how simple life can be and how to enjoy all that it has to offer.  I don’t live in fear anymore and am excited about the future.  My life is not perfect and I still want to “go deeper” but I am so grateful for the changes this coaching has provided.”

“Deciding to work with Amy was not an easy decision for me. I had a lot of concerns about working with a coach, investing the money, and bearing my soul to a stranger. After the 3 month Intensive Program I can honestly say that it was the best decision I’ve made for myself. I’ve learned to see things in different ways and challenge the beliefs that held me back for so long. I still have fears and worries at times but I know how to relate to them so that they don’t take over. Amy’s coaching made me so much more peaceful and able to act, and I’m very grateful for that.”

“Amy’s coaching experience was extremely comfortable from the get go. Though I was a little hesitant “pouring out” my heart to a complete stranger (at the time) Amy made the first conversation very comfortable and non judgmental. She listened and gave sound advice while being real and using her life experiences as well. Not only did the coaching experience help me to “let go” of the emotions I had but it also helped me understand WHY I was feeling the way I was and most importantly that I was simply having thoughts that would eventually go away. I think one of the realizations I had was that I was the one who was making these mindless thoughts into a reality. I assigned meaning to things that were happening in my life without understanding or knowing the real truth. I realized that by defining these moments without knowing the real truth made me live in a constant state of uneasiness. Once I learned that I was innocently conditioning my mind on these assumptions I was able to release the negativity. I still have my moments, but the biggest thing I learned was not to base situations off of uncertainty and assumptions and that it is okay to live in uncertainty sometimes. Not everything has to be black and white. I have a lot of work to do still, but I’m well on my way thanks to Amy! She really put things into perspective and I always, always feel so much more confident when I talk to her. Most importantly, she reminds me that I will be okay. Another very important thing she helped me understand is that my current situation is not my end all be all. Either it will work out with what I have now or I’ll find something much better in the future. Now, I just have to see how the cards play out.”

“I approached Amy at a time in my life when I felt “stuck.” I knew I was fortunate for all that I had, but I also knew that I was not moving forward, personally or professionally. Working with Amy was exactly the type of experience I needed to help push me forward. Her approach can best be described as “gentle tough love.” She makes you feel “normal” for what you are feeling and experiencing. However, the “ gentle tough love” part comes from her ability to tell you what you need to hear, but with a kind, non-judgmental, and patient approach. Amy helped me realize how to change my way of thinking and open myself up to new ideas. My results did not happen overnight – and she definitely set the proper expectations for that. But through her guidance, I was able to start moving forward in my life for the first time in several years.”

“When I first sought out Amy for coaching, I was struggling with infertility and all the mental anguish associated with it.  From my first session Amy introduced several new ways of viewing my situation that immediately made me feel like a dark cloud had started to lift.  E-coaching was exactly what I needed because I had the space to express my thoughts in writing and yet still have real time interaction.  There was no waiting until a designated appointment time for feedback and direction, she was there when I needed her the most!  Amy treated me with both extreme kindness and a no-nonsense approach that made it feel like I was talking to a trusted friend.  Working with her was truly one of the best things I’ve done for myself in years.”
