We aren’t looking at what all minds do for the sake of hanging out in thought and feeling—we’re looking at what all minds do so we understand it. And we’re trying to understand it so we can see beyond it. When we aren’t caught up in our experience, there’s space to feel what else is there.
You’re seeking to provide space around your human experience so you can feel your way home. Feeling into your formless essence takes care of all problems, all habits, all negative thought. It’s the most practical, simple, profound thing a human can do.
You’ve been seeing who and what you aren’t so you can discover more of who and what you are. And this is just the beginning. It’s like stepping outside and realizing there’s a whole new world out there that you’ve never seen because you thought your house was all there was. You now know this other world exists. Next, you get to explore it. There is no end to what we can discover about who-we-are.
And in my experience, the more we explore, the better it gets.
