I struggled with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression for about 12 years. I tried what felt like everything under the sun… from traditional therapy, to different lifestyle choices, diets, and spiritual understandings. It felt hopeless… like I was resolved to these problems forever.
I finally stumbled upon Dr. Amy Johnson, and began one-on-one coaching sessions with her. My entire life changed dramatically, including the problems that plagued me for so long. In 2020, I took Dr. Amy’s coach training program and received my Change Coach Certification. I began coaching people on the side, and I quickly realized that it was my favorite thing to do in the entire world.
