RETURN POLICY
The return policy of Dr. Amy Johnson, PhD, LLC is as follows:
Digital Products (except Live Courses, The Little School of Big Change Guided 6-Week Course, The Little School of Big Change Self-Study Course, The Change Coach Training and Certificate 6-month Program, and the Change Coach Self-Study Course, The Community Membership and The Coach Community Membership):
Within 24 hours of purchase: Full Refund IF no course content has been completed. The customer should contact the support team to request your refund via email at support@dramyjohnson.com
Within 7 days of purchase: 50% refund IF no more than 2 lessons of the course have been completed. To receive a refund, customers must contact the support team via email at support@dramyjohnson.com with a request for a refund and explanation of why the refund is requested.
Within 7 days of purchase: no refund IF more than 2 lessons have been completed.
After 7 days of purchase: No refunds allowed.

If you’re not happy with the course for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund your course fee. To receive a refund, contact support@dramyjohnson.com with a statement of why you’re not satisfied. The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee can only be used once. If you receive a refund and purchase the course again at a later date, you are no longer eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
The Change Coach Self-Study Course

If you’re not happy with the course for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a refund of your purchase price minus a $100 processing fee. Monthly Membership:

Annual Membership:
Within 24 hours of purchase: Full Refund. The customer should contact the support team to request a refund via email at support@dramyjohnson.com
After 24 hours but within 14 days of purchase: Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds that may be granted will be prorated based on the percentage of the year completed and processing fees. There is no guarantee of a refund. After 14 days of purchase: No refunds allowed.
Live Courses
Up until 3 days before the course starts: A full refund will be allowed. The customer should contact the support team to request a refund via email at support@dramyjohnson.com
After the course has started: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds that may be granted will be prorated based on the percentage of the course that has been completed. There is no guarantee of a refund. Contact support@dramyjohnson.com to request a possible refund.
Live Events
Return policies for live events will be listed on the individual sales pages for each event.
The Change Coach Training and Certification Product:
When only paying the deposit upon enrollment: The $1000 Deposit is refundable within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable.
When paying in full or with a payment plan: $1000 deposit will be refunded prior to course start. Further refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Any refunds that may be granted will be prorated based on percent of course completed. There is no guarantee of a refund.
