Coaching
Want to work on your stuff with me?
Here are a few things you probably know if you’ve spent any time poking around this site:
Your issues aren’t outside of you so we aren’t going to spend a lot of time focused outside of you.
That means it’s not about your job, your weight, your finances, or your mom. It’s about you and changing the way you view the world around you. When you work on you, things around you change effortlessly.
Coaching with me is an invitation to work on your impact on the world, not to rearrange the universe so that it better suits you.
Coaching with me is the process of becoming more of who you are. Almost always, that involves acceptance of what is and learning to be kind to yourself.
My clients are committed to working on what’s in the way. It’s not always fun and it’s not always comfortable, but they’re committed to it anyway.
My clients trust the process. They allow things to unfold.
If this sounds like you, I’d love to support you in working through your stuff.
Here’s what a few brave change-makers have said:
“I can not begin to describe the value and insight that Amy’s coaching has provided me. With her help I was able to identify and change my old ways of thinking that were holding me back. I have met with numerous coaches in the past, none of which came close to the results I had from working with Amy!”–Trent, CO
“When I first sought out Amy for coaching, I was struggling with infertility and all the mental anguish associated with it. From my first session Amy introduced several new ways of viewing my situation that immediately made me feel like a dark cloud had started to lift. E-coaching was exactly what I needed because I had the space to express my thoughts in writing and yet still have real time interaction. There was no waiting until a designated appointment time for feedback and direction, she was there when I needed her the most! Amy treated me with both extreme kindness and a no-nonsense approach that made it feel like I was talking to a trusted friend. Working with her was truly one of the best things I’ve done for myself in years.” –Lynn, SC
“I was skeptical. But the three months of email coaching I did with Amy were more valuable in changing my thinking than I ever imagined. I highly recommend doing this for yourself!”–Joshua, GA
