EP142: Katherine’s Change Story: Intrusive Thoughts and Postpartum Anxiety

Katherine went through a boatload of anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts after the birth of her daughter a few years ago. 

For as hard as that time in her life was, it’s incredible to hear how it all looks to her now. 

Katherine discovered her resilience through this hard, scary time. She’s come to see more about her nature beyond her experience; she knows that’s where peace lies, not in escaping or avoiding any specific thoughts or feelings. 

Katherine has a deep sense of how we work and she still feels anxious and has intrusive thoughts at times. She knows that’s okay.
