With 1-on-1 Change Coaching, you get personal support with anything you’re going through.

Clients who seek out Change Coaching have often “tried everything” without getting the results they want. Or they have made some progress on their own reading books or listening to podcasts, but are ready to go deeper.

People are often seeking help with specific issues like unwanted habits, addiction, anxiety, relationships, eating disorders, etc., but we also help those who simply want to feel more connected in their lives.

You can choose Change Coaching with Dr. Amy herself (limited availability) or with one of her Certified Change Coaches.

1-on-1 Change Coaching with Dr. Amy

Dr. Amy sees a limited number of 1-on-1 clients. Based on availability, she offers a 3-month package. The 3-month coaching package includes:

  • 12 one-hour private coaching calls to be used roughly once per week
  • Email support between calls
  • Access to all of our online resources (digital courses). Dr. Amy will provide guidance and suggestions on which content would be most helpful

The cost for the 3-month package is $3100

1-on-1 Change Coaching with a Certified Coach

Dr. Amy’s Certified Change Coaches have trained extensively with Dr. Amy and have gone through a meticulous certification process. They are uniquely equipped to help their clients with anything they are going through.

You will be paired with a coach based on what you want support with.

You can choose between a 3-session package or a 6-session package. Both packages include lifetime access to The Little School of Big Change Self-Study course which will help you get the most out of your time with your coach.

The 3-session package is $550

The 6-session package is $790 (save $60)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I renew my coaching package after it's done?

Yes! In most cases, you can renew your package with your Change Coach. After the first package, you’ll be eligible to renew for $300 for 3 sessions or $540 for 6 sessions.

What if I have already done the The Little School of Big Change course? Do I have to pay again?

If you have gone through either the 6-week Guided Little School of Big Change course or The Little School of Big Change Self-Study course, you can buy Change Coach packages at a lower rate. Your rate will be for $300 for 3 sessions or $540 for 6 sessions. Please contact support@dramyjohnson.com to sign up.

The price for coaching with Dr. Amy is the same regardless of which courses you’ve completed in the past.

How often will I meet with my coach?

You will decide this with your coach. Most coaches meet with their clients once a week, but at times the coach and the client will agree on a different frequency such as twice a week or once every other week.
