Dorothy had been working with individuals and organizations to help them manage stress and avoid burnout for many years. Then, stress and burnout hit her. Hard.
She went through a period of time when she would wake up completely exhausted. She hated to be awake. Stress, exhaustion, and hopelessness were her new norm.
Then, she came across the New Paradigm and things began to shift. The shifts happened gradually and also sometimes suddenly. She deeply heard that in low levels of consciousness, it’s unwise to trust your thinking. Dorothy began to wake up to just how much unhelpful thinking she had been experiencing and believing.
Dorothy’s life changed, and her work obviously changed. Stress and burnout look completely different to her now.
