The solution to compulsive scrolling, eating, buying, anxiety, and constant seeking. This 6-week course will include teachings and experiments that help you identify and lean into feelings of discomfort or restlessness. We’ll look at the sensations, thoughts and beliefs that make up discomfort and you will begin to sit with them in a way that feels safe and supportive.

We will spend time doing nothing without distraction – both as a group and as experiments you’ll do between sessions.
