Please join me and your fellow Change Coaches for real-life, in-person connection, community, creativity, and sharing.
Over two full days, there will be:
Opportunities to watch and debrief coaching sessions and opportunities to be coached yourself.
Breakout workshops around specific client issues and topics related to our work such as listening; storytelling and metaphor; getting out of the way (in client sessions and in our business); curiosity, and others.
Opportunities to share what’s fresh for you in your grounding and in your work with clients, and to hear from more experienced Change Coaches about how they are putting their grounding and skills to use.
Time set aside specifically for collaboration and partnership brainstorming.
Plus, a lot of laughter, connection, hugs, and a few surprises!
Change Coach Conference + LSBC Live
The 2022 LSBC Live event, Life Appearing as Everything, will immediately follow the Change Coach Conference beginning the evening of Friday, June 3rd and ending midday on Sunday, June 5th. To see more about the LSBC Live event, click here.
If you’ve never been to a LSBC Live event, they are amazing! It will be a deep immersion into a theme (Life Appearing as Everything) with an incredible group of people looking toward this understanding. Consider LSBC Live the “grounding portion” of the Change Coach Conference as we look toward the universal together.
Coaches attending the Change Coach Conference don’t have to stay for LSBC Live, but I highly recommend it. There will also be opportunities for Change Coaches to share yourself and your insights at the LSBC Live event.

Frequently Asked Questions
We are continuing to closely monitor local ordinances that may impact our event and they will be updated here as they change. Currently, our event will not require proof of vaccination or the use of masks. There will be ample space in our venue for social distancing and mask use is optional.
As of January 2022, the city of Chicago has required proof of vaccination for any individual age 5 and older to dine indoors, visit gyms, or enjoy entertainment venues where food or drink is being consumed. You should be aware of that as you travel within the city. The city is lifting various requirements in phases based on covid rates, so any changes to these policies will be shared here.
If you purchase a seat for the Change Coach Conference and can no longer attend live, your ticket will be converted to a live-stream ticket.
If we need to cancel the event due to a change in Covid restrictions, your ticket will be refunded.
Yes, the Change Coach Conference will be livestreamed so that anyone can join us for the two days. If you choose the livestream option, you will have access to that recording for a period of time after the event ends.
