I live a life that is fun and interesting and the work I do fills me with satisfaction. Being with friends and family, writing and exploring the great outdoors are my chief passions. But everything I do now is enhanced because of the understanding I’ve gained through this community led by Dr Amy Johnson. I moved into Change Coaching from many years in Education and supporting people through my work in the Funeral industry and in Bereavement Support.

I coach people who feel stuck in their grief, whatever the cause of their loss. Others who are frustrated with over-eating, over analysing choose to work with me. Some are troubled by the next stage of life, some by remorse and disappointment, some by fronting up to work or the responsibilities of a management role. Several of my clients have looked for support as they’ve adjusted into parenthood, positions of responsibility, retirement, and in and out of relationships. Some people have made contact because of a diagnosis they don’t want to wear for the rest of their lives.
