Anne Wilin - Change Coach Profile

Hello!
I’m Anne Wilin and I live with my husband and sweet, crazy puppy in Findlay, Ohio, USA. Growing up, I came to believe I was an anxious, sensitive person. As my life progressed, so did the anxiety and then many physical symptoms including pain. I had the misunderstanding that I was broken and needed to be fixed. So, the search began to find the strategy, technique, book, diet, supplement that would save me. As the fear and hopelessness built, my life became smaller and smaller.

THEN – I enrolled in the Little School of Big Change and came across an understanding of how life really works that changed everything for me! I began living life again with a new sense of freedom, peace, and joy. Finally, the search was over! Now, I want to share this understanding with others who are needlessly suffering from anxiety, fear, pain, and so much more. I am a Change Coach certified by Dr. Amy Johnson, and I would love to help you discover more peace, love, and joy in your life.
