I am a coach and marketing specialist in Ireland, working with clients worldwide. Over the past ten years, I’ve come to a clear understanding of how we can live a life of freedom from worry, stress, low mood, and any of the various thoughts and feelings that may tell us we are anything other than “peace, love, and wisdom, and the power to create the illusion that we’re not.”(Jack Pransky).

I am passionate about helping others come to see and experience their innate default wellness, resilience, and capability. I am ready to explore all of this with you—no matter what you are struggling with or feel you are up against.
