Through my work as a board certified holistic registered nurse and a family care partner, I learned the crucial importance of self-compassion and play to my own well being. So I support modalities that translate the innate wisdom of the mind, body, and spirit for overall wellness and FUN! I use my advanced nursing experience in brain health, operating room, faith-based community, home health, geriatric care, and end of life to be a service and resource for you.
