Hi! My name is Patricia Joyce.

For many decades I suffered from anxiety and panic.  Both were debilitating and affected every aspect of my life. In addition, they seemed to have come out of nowhere.  I was told it ran in my family & one doctor told me that I’d probably suffer on and off for the rest of my life. Part of me accepted my fate but another part knew this couldn’t possibly be true.

In 2018 I was at my breaking point after having tried, with little lasting relief,  so many tips and techniques to bring about peace. My last ditch effort was another search where I came across Dr Amy Johnson. While I wasn’t sure what Amy was talking about at first, I felt a truth deep inside that made me come back for more. I decided to become a coach because I know what it is like to be at the depths of utter despair and immense fear as well as how it feels to get a slight glimpse at hope. That one glimpse built on another brought me inner peace.

Life is far from perfect. I’ve come to see it differently and that has made for my perfectly, imperfect life.
