I didn’t intend on becoming a Change Coach, but the deeper I delved into this understanding, the more I knew that this was the only thing I wanted to do with my life! As a cancer survivor, I’ve been given a second chance at life and I am committed to helping others see their beautiful, confident, inner light.
I have had personal experience with: cancer treatment & recovery; sexual trauma; PTSD; depression; anxiety; low self-esteem; isolation; over & under eating; gaming; overthinking; obsession; limerence; self esteem; gender identity; imposter theory; suicidal thoughts.

I love the color green, cats, biographies, mysteries, and listening to BBC radio (6Music or 4Extra). I want to spend my remaining years traveling the world on trains, admiring the beauty of nature and the creativity of humans.
