What I love about my work is that everyday I get to have conversations with other people who remind me of our common humanity. The flavor or variety of your anxiety, low mood, struggle…whatever you want to call it, is a part of being alive. We all share in this. I love to point people towards their innate health inside to show you how to listen to your own wisdom. I would love to work together to help you see where your thinking has been innocently stuck.
I am a licensed mental health counselor and a coach. Through my life experience, education and training I bring authenticity, humor, and warmth to each session.
