I love to help people improve their lives through connection and conversation. I coach through any area that you perceive as a problem or a hindrance to the peace of mind that you already possess. It gives me great pleasure and satisfaction to watch people start to change and find freedom from the unhelpful thinking that has been holding them back from enjoying life. I’ve been told that my coaching style is direct and no-nonsense but I love to find the humor in any situation. My goal is for our conversations to be thought provoking and insightful and leave you feeling calmer and more hopeful than when you arrived.

I also help people reach their fitness goals. I have been a certified personal trainer for the past 27 years. These two careers together have helped me find my path of service to others in a way that is both fun and rewarding.

I am also a Mother of 2 daughters 21 and 17, who I love to spend time with. I married my high school sweetheart 34 years ago. I have 3 cats and a dog, a bunch of fish and can always fit one more animal. My favorite show is anything on TLC, in particular 90 Day Fiancé.
