What if the problems you have are really invitations? Invitations for you to see through what your brain is telling you.

What if nothing is wrong in your life? Your problems seem so real, but what if they’re just stories your brain is telling you? You don’t need fixing, you’re whole already and everything you long to find by solving a problem is already yours.

Your mind can’t solve the problems, it creates them. That’s why they are invitations. Invitations to open your heart and feel that you’re whole, and you’re love and compassion and wisdom.

My coaching style involves lots of listening, some teaching, some asking questions. It is a heart-centered, experiential approach to awakening. It always involves lots of giggles and sometimes some tears. Feeling all the feels – in a very safe and compassionate space.
