About:

After a lifetime of feeling like I was intrinsically flawed, I finally got diagnosed with ADHD at 50. It was a revelation to learn there was a biological explanation for my struggles. Dealing with executive function issues, perimenopause, and rising anxiety had become overwhelming. Even though I’m naturally optimistic, I was starting to lose faith in myself and my abilities.

Once diagnosed, I dived into learning about everything ADHD. Seeing myself through a new lens (thank you, hyperfocus!) was eye-opening. With two years of counselling training under my belt, I felt drawn to ADHD coaching, particularly for adults with similar experiences.

Realising my neurodivergent thinking was just different, not broken, was a game-changer. I discovered what my ADHD brain needed to thrive, replacing decades of just surviving with self-compassion and optimism instead of shame and frustration. This transformation unlocked potential that had been hidden for 50 years.

I am a kind and compassionate coach, deeply knowledgeable and experienced in helping others thrive with ADHD. I live by the principles I teach, recognising the unique strengths of ADHD brains whilst understanding that we are much more than our neurological makeup. My extensive expertise in ADHD, combined with a holistic, spiritual perspective on life, makes my approach both unique and highly effective.

I am committed to continually honing my skills and staying updated with the latest advances to provide the best possible support for my clients. My dedication and effectiveness as a coach are evident in my practice. I am passionate about empowering my clients to experience the same transformation that I have experienced, enabling them to thrive and not just survive.
