Lana Bastianutti - Change Coach Profile
Location: Greater Boston Area, MA
In my almost ten years of coaching, I have come to realize one thing; we are all looking for Freedom. Whether it’s freedom from insecurity, freedom from anxiety, or freedom from habits, it is ultimately the feeling of freedom that we seek. And this is where I love to work. I help my clients find freedom so that their ‘one wild and precious life’ can fully take flight.
With every conversation, I deepen my client’s understanding of what is truly coming between the freedom they desire and the limitations that they feel. Through deep listening, humor, intuition, and story, I meet my clients where they are and together we co-create a path toward freedom and a life transformed.
In addition to being immersed in the world of coaching for the last ten years, I have spent decades studying and training in the field of human psychology and transformation, including an in-depth study of The Three Principles, Byron Katie’s The Work, Robbins-Madanes’ Strategic Intervention and Brooke Castillo’s The Model.
I am a Certified Coach, co-author of the Kindle Best Seller, “Women and Confidence; The Truth about the Lies we Tell Ourselves”, and co-creator of the online course, “If I’m So Smart, Then Why Don’t I Feel More Confident?”. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations as well as several academic publications to my name.
When I’m not coaching or writing, you can find me venturing out to photograph the beauty of people and places along my way, listening to great music as I ‘carpool’ karaoke down the road, traveling the world with my husband (and daughters when they’re around), immersing myself in the history of the ancient world…or simply snuggled up with a favorite book or show.
