About:

Hello there! My name is Molly Hayes Wolfe.  I am a certified change coach trained by Dr. Amy Johnson. I live in Haddonfield, New Jersey, with my husband, four teens, and two adorable labradoodle puppies. I love the ocean, books, hot yoga, long walks, travel, and food.

Growing up, I was told that anxiety, depression, and alcohol abuse “ran in the family.” For as long as I can remember, I have been curious about why people suffer and passionate about helping them alleviate their suffering. As a teen, I started therapy and found it extremely helpful. After graduating high school, I immediately began to study what I saw as my calling—psychotherapy. After receiving my undergraduate degree in Addictions Counseling, I went on to earn my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.  I practiced in California before moving my family back east.

Over the years, I have struggled with binge eating, codependency, and near constant worry. I saw worry as a necessary part of a “successful life” and a way to protect myself from any possible danger on the horizon. Eventually, the worrying became exhausting. I sought help myself, and I applied many or almost all the techniques I had ever been taught to help others. I became an avid reader of self help, psychology, religion, and philosophy. I was always searching for better ways to relieve suffering.

One day, I came across Dr. Amy Johnson and her Little School of Big Change. It was a game-changer for me: it shifted the way I understand the human condition – suffering, mental illness, and eventually, the path to inner peace. I now know that freedom from anxiety and healthy habits are available to all of us right now!

Please reach out to me if you would like some coaching from this new paradigm. I’m excited to share it with you.
