Surprise! It’s a bonus episode!
This episode is a playback of a webinar I held this week about having a totally new, fresh experience of the holidays.
I talk about thriving through this holiday season, not weighed down by over-eating, over-drinking, or over-spending habits that you’ll try to compensate for in January; stress, pressure, people-pleasing, and other codependent habits; loneliness, sadness, or unreasonable expectations; or health, family, or travel-related anxieties.
The truth is, there is no such thing as “the holidays”. It’s a made up concept that brings with it a host of memories and conditioning.
I can’t tell you how life changing it has been for me to see that the holidays–and all of life, for that matter– are not inherently stressful, hard, happy, or sad. Nothing is inherently anything.
Enjoy this episode!
