I have a video to share with you this week!
It’s a conversation I had with my friend, colleague, and almost-fellow author, Lisa Esile (her book Whose Mind is It Anyway? co-authored with her husband Franco, is coming out in June) about breaking habits and seeing life new ways.
Lisa is a “mind expert” in her own right (I made that title up and bestowed it upon her—it’s not a real thing) and I really loved this conversation we had. We had a great discussion about:
- How our typical ways of breaking habits can actually make things worse,
- How our lower brain is like a backseat screamer,
- And how to deal with setbacks on the way to ending our habits.
And…we’re giving away two copies of my new book, The Little Book of Big Change, to people who comment on the video.
So head over to Lisa’s site to watch the video, and if you feel so inclined, leave me a question or comment there. Then she’ll be randomly picking two people to get a free copy of the book.
