Some things in life feel like driving with your parking brake on.

Other things feel simple. Effortless, even.

What’s the difference? And how can we more naturally do the things that feel really hard?

What if I said that no activity is inherently hard, ever? None. No exceptions.

What if I said that paying taxes is not inherently less satisfying than receiving a tax refund? That numbers going up in your bank account is not an inherently nicer experience than numbers going down in your bank account?

Nothing is inherently hard, boring, scary, fun, exciting. Nothing is inherently anything.

I bet you know this already. In fact, I know you do. Now let’s look even deeper.
