How do you suppose the 50 out of 11,000,000 bits are chosen? Which 50 come to life in a way we can see and recognize? Given that our brain is all about efficiency and safety, I bet 50 familiar bits have an edge over the others.
I bet 50 bits that have been showered with emotion and attention, or that appear threatening, have an advantage.
