EP144: I Forgot!

The inspiration for this episode is a Biblical quote retold in Moshe Gersht’s book It’s All The Same To Me.

“In the beginning there was one voice. Then there were two. Now there is one. Our first step is to, at the very least, return back to hearing two voices.”

The voices are said to be the voice of the soul and the voice of the ego.

I’ll discuss moving from hearing only the voice of the soul, to only the voice of ego, back to two voices, in this episode. I’ll also read an excerpt from my upcoming book, Just a Thought: A No-Willpower Approach to Overcome Self-Doubt and Make Peace with Your Mind, that relates to this idea.
