EP244: Welcoming versus wallowing

I’ve gotten a lot of questions about the difference between welcoming what arises and wallowing in what arises.
In this episode, we’ll explore how welcoming is rooted in curiosity and not knowing what we’re exploring.
Welcoming is “dumb”, while wallowing tends to be “smart”. We wallow in something (anxiety, depression, sadness), meaning we’re feeling what we think we already know rather than exploring what we don’t know.
