EP278: A coaching session on restlessness, aimlessness, and simply being

In this episode, Betty returns to Changeable for another coaching session. Betty was coached in episode 266 around her urges to over-exercise and her beliefs that she must constantly be moving in order to be healthy.

Due to health issues related to under-nourishing and over-exercising for so long, Betty is not exercising at all right now by doctor’s orders. In this session, we explore the aimlessness and restlessness she feels without constant movement in her life. Her old identities are no longer relevant, and Betty’s mind is struggling to form new ones. But does it need to?

This is an amazing conversation that reveals so much. While it seems like Betty has questions about innate health and why her body isn’t functioning in a healthy way, what we uncover is much more simple and basic than that. There’s a feeling Betty isn’t wanting to feel, and her mind is trying everything it can to help her avoid it.
