I hear a lot of people not wanting to fully give up identification with thought.
They get that not all thought is true, but some of it is, right?
Or they get that thought is reflective and narrative, but we need it for practical tasks, right?
These are very natural, innocent thoughts. And, there can be an element of fear in them. A sense of wanting to hold onto something that appears known and certain.
If no thought were ever true and thought was absolutely unneeded, then what? Exploring that question can allow us to see much more than keeping one foot firmly planted in the thought-camp.

Beginning January 10th, I’ll be leading a brand new course: The Welcoming What Arises Workshop.
In the workshop we’ll lean in together, learning to fully embrace the felt sensations of life. I have found this way of going straight into the physical to be incredibly powerful and freeing.
I would love for you to join us for this workshop! Go to https://www.dramyjohnson.com/welcomingclass to learn more and sign up!
