EP82: Are Memories Repressed and Stored in our Body?

At first glance, the New Paradigm can appear to be inconsistent with the idea that memories are “repressed”, or that the effects of old thought and memory are manifest in our bodies.

After all, if we are 100% free and innately well, feeling only Thought energy that is constantly in motion, how would repression fit?

This is a question I get all the time, usually in a way that feels scary, as if deeply repressed memories are stored in our muscles, bones and psyche, likely to spring to consciousness and wreak havoc at any moment. Okay, that may be a bit of a dramatization, but you get the picture.

So listen in, as I talk about repressed memories and how we often feel the physical and emotional effects of thought we aren’t ready to feel.
