EP205: When a habit looks like it brings peace, here’s what there is to see

In listening to one of my Change Coach trainees coach a woman who is struggling with binge eating, two misunderstandings jumped out at me.

These are two things I hear from nearly everyone who feels caught up in any habit. I thought these two things myself all the time when I was in my former habit. 

They are two misunderstandings that, when seen around, make way for a very different experience. 

They are 1) believing your habit delivers peace, and 2) believing discomfort will continue indefinitely if you don’t engage in your habit.
