I get a lot of questions about what it looks like to feel what’s arising. 

How do we welcome what’s here? How can we fully immerse in what is? 

These are great questions that aren’t easily addressed by more talking about it; so in this episode, I walk you through an experiential exploration. 

This was very intuitive and on-the-fly. I want to make it clear that there is no right way to do this. There is no script. There’s just an intuitive exploration that may (or may not!) feel something like what you’ll hear in this episode. 

I hope this gives you a sense of how you can do your own exploring.
